Q1 : What is the different between Normal and Registered Mail?

• Ans: Normal Mail does not have a tracking number for your parcel. If you did not receive your parcel, there is no way for Singpost to track your item.

• Registered Mail provided tracking number for your parcel. You can go to http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp to track your items whereabouts.

Q2 : How long will Singpost takes to deliver to my house?

• Ans : It within 2 to 8 days.

Q3 : Any discount as I always purchase from your Spree?

• Ans : As stated in the Term & Conditions, please do not join my spree if you feel uncomfortable with it.

Q4 : Why I need to wait so long for my items to arrival?

• Ans : It depends on seller & Merchant's speed.

Q5 : Why is my items being confiscated by the Custom? Can do refund?

• Ans : Some items are prohibited to be release from the Custom side and depend on their rules & regulation. Therefore, if your items is confiscated, KAI Closet will not be liable to make refund to you as it applied to us. Please buy at your own RISK!

Q6 : Why I am not getting updates on the shipment status in the website on time?

• Ans : The closed spree status will be updated daily at different time intervals, you can try to check the website again or at a later timing, if you still don't get to see the update, please contact KAI Closet.

Q7 : Why does my items take longer than what is stated to arrive?

• Ans : The delivery times stated are estimation. And all items will be subjected to custom inspection and it require few days.

Q8 : My items was defect/wrong size/wrong design, what can be done? Can refund or exchange?

• Ans : KAI Closet will not be able to exchange or refund even though is seller fault cause seller will not entertain Oversea buyer for this type of thing.
