Discounts Policy By Per Spree

• $60 purchased and above, will be entitled for free normal mail

• $100 purchased and above, will be entitled for free register mail

• $150 purchased and above, will be entitled for 5% discount

• $200 purchased and above, will be entitled for 10% discount

Q1 : What is the different between Normal and Registered Mail?

• Ans: Normal Mail does not have a tracking number for your parcel. If you did not receive your parcel, there is no way for Singpost to track your item.

• Registered Mail provided tracking number for your parcel. You can go to http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp to track your items whereabouts.

Q2 : How long will Singpost takes to deliver to my house?

• Ans : It within 2 to 8 days.

Q3 : Any discount as I always purchase from your Spree?

• Ans : As stated in the Term & Conditions, please do not join my spree if you feel uncomfortable with it.

Q4 : Why I need to wait so long for my items to arrival?

• Ans : It depends on seller & Merchant's speed.

Q5 : Why is my items being confiscated by the Custom? Can do refund?

• Ans : Some items are prohibited to be release from the Custom side and depend on their rules & regulation. Therefore, if your items is confiscated, KAI Closet will not be liable to make refund to you as it applied to us. Please buy at your own RISK!

Q6 : Why I am not getting updates on the shipment status in the website on time?

• Ans : The closed spree status will be updated daily at different time intervals, you can try to check the website again or at a later timing, if you still don't get to see the update, please contact KAI Closet.

Q7 : Why does my items take longer than what is stated to arrive?

• Ans : The delivery times stated are estimation. And all items will be subjected to custom inspection and it require few days.

Q8 : My items was defect/wrong size/wrong design, what can be done? Can refund or exchange?

• Ans : KAI Closet will not be able to exchange or refund even though is seller fault cause seller will not entertain Oversea buyer for this type of thing.

Once we received your order form, we will process and do the necessary calculation and send you the payment details. Kindly make your payment by POSB/DBS or UOB fund transfer within the next 3 working days. If payment not received within 3 working days, your orders will automatically be void. If there is any delay, do e-mail to inform. If the Stock you order is out of Stock, full refund will be made. There will be No refund if you cancel your orders after you have made payment.

For Jackets/Pants/Jeans/Bags/Shoes

• Normal Postage - $2.50, subsequence item add $0.50
• Register Postage - $4.50, subsequence item add $0.50

For Accessories

• Normal Postage - $1.00, subsequence item add $0.20
• Register Postage - $2.50, subsequence item add $0.20

Extra charges for heavier n bulky items are as follow:

Jackets, small bags, dresses, shorts n belts: $1 Long jeans and big bags: $2 Shoes: $3 Boots: $5 Beauty products: $2 to $4

Different Spree will have a new postage charges.

Strictly Normal or Registered Mail ONLY, no meet up.

We are not liable for any lost mail.

Term & Condition

Term and Conditions

All Buyers is required to read and agree on the Terms and Conditions of KAI Closet.

No PAYMENT = No ORDER applies to all Spree-ers! Payment of each different SPREE must be transfer before the spree end and do not send in order on the last day of the spree, as the last day is for all payment to be in only!

No bargain on discount and rushing on goods, if not will be BAN!

Goods will arrived after 1 month after the pre-order closing date. Will update status when goods arrival. Your patience are greatly appreciated.

All purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Full Refund will be made, if items is out of stock.

Colors may be slightly different due to lighting and monitor resolution.

Orders after closing date will not be accepted.

KAI Closet has the right to cancel the spree when response is poor. Refunds will be made.

Please do not submit your orders if you can't wait as different spree has different time line.

No cancellation of orders or refund of payment once the payment is being made.

KAI Closet reserves the right to cancel orders from any buyer whom are uncomfortable to be deal with, without any reasons given.

KAI Closet will not be liable for any mistake, defects or damage or wrongly sent goods from merchant's side and will not be responsible for any lose or damage during the transit of local mailing.

Spree-ers for Local Postage, do allow 1 – 2 working days for Normal Mail and 4 – 8 working days for Registered Mail for your arrival goods as need some time to packed before mailing to you.

Will send e-mail to inform you after goods mailed out.

Arrival goods must be collected within 1 month otherwise goods will be donated to Charity.

Some items may look different from the pictures, please decide and buy at your own discretion!

If there is any delay at the merchant's and custom side, KAI Closet is not to be blame.
